OUR OBJECTIVES
Rescue
We mainly rescue Dobermann dogs that have been abandoned, neglected or are in situations that put their well-being at risk.
To recover
The first and most important step is to visit the veterinarian as soon as possible. This step is essential to examine the dog and assess its health.
The evolution of the dogs we take in requires recovery, not only physically, but also psychologically - and seeing our dobies begin to trust and believe that there are humans who won't harm them is very rewarding.
Deconstructing the distrust and fears they arrive with and making them believe again that there are good humans, takes time, but when they receive the first "nudges" of "pet me" or when they finally come to touch or start doing crazy things typical of dobermans, we believe in a better world and that the association is on the right path.
To adopt
There are many animals who eagerly await a family and there are many people who are looking for new companions to give a new home to. However, before rescuing/adopting an animal, it is important to consider whether you have all the conditions to guarantee a happy and active life for your best friend.
The 3-3-3 Rule was created with the aim of explaining the different stages that a rescue dog goes through when going to a new home.
Don't you know them? We have Professor Dobie to help you!
